Helped to talk to someone who could affect change. And nice to feel noticed.
My partner and I still struggled along.

@kylehayhurst Thanks for your comment! I’m not always sure what to ask, sometimes it’s just too much info to absorb and put into practice. But it helps to know this community is understanding.
